Privacy

The short version

CoworkRunner runs entirely on your Mac. We do not operate a server that stores your client data. We do not have a database with your transactions, your buyer names, your contract details, or your CRM credentials. The only thing that leaves your machine is the document you generate, which you send to whoever you choose to send it to.

What stays on your Mac

All of it. Specifically:

• Your RMS and Follow Up Boss credentials (stored in macOS Keychain, encrypted by the operating system)
• The deal data you pull (buyer names, addresses, EMD amounts, closing dates, contingencies, parties)
• Every PDF, every clipboard text, every generated artifact (saved in your local ~/Library/Application Support/CoworkRunner/ directory)
• Your operator profile, brokerage branding, custom routing rules, and clause library
• Every CMA you have ever run, every showing route, every contract intake

What leaves your Mac, only when you ask

• Calls to your RMS and Follow Up Boss: CoworkRunner authenticates against your existing accounts using credentials you provide. These calls go directly to those providers, not through any CoworkRunner server.
• Calls to Anthropic's Claude API for AI document drafting: When Contract Studio extracts contract fields or Transaction Coordinator drafts your buyer letter, the relevant document content is sent to Claude (Anthropic's AI model) for processing. Anthropic's privacy policy governs what happens to the data once it reaches their servers. CoworkRunner does not see, log, or store any of those calls or their responses.
• The documents you choose to send: When you email a buyer letter, copy a title handoff to your clipboard, or batch-send showings to listing agents, those go where you direct them. CoworkRunner does not BCC anyone.

What we do not do

• We do not operate a cloud backend, content delivery network, or shared database for your client data
• We do not run analytics, telemetry, or usage tracking inside the app
• We do not aggregate your deal data with other agents' deal data
• We do not sell, share, or rent any data to third parties
• We do not have access to your machine, your files, or your generated artifacts unless you explicitly send them to us (for example, in a support email with a PDF attached)

Information we do collect

The minimum required to operate as a business:

• Your email and billing details when you purchase a subscription, processed by Stripe (their privacy policy applies to your payment data)
• Anonymous license-check pings when the app launches, to verify your subscription is active. These contain a license token only; no deal data, no operator identity beyond what's already in your subscription record
• Support correspondence when you email us directly

Your rights

You can stop using CoworkRunner at any time. When you do, the local data on your Mac stays on your Mac under your control - delete it, archive it, or keep using it offline. We have no remote off-switch and no remote data-wipe capability. The app is yours.
